A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and the staff were very efficient and friendly. I really couldn't give the wellness area any real marks as I didn't use them.

To me and my partner had a very good experience, the service was excellent every worker recruited help when we needed. The rooms were clean all the time. We recommend the hotel without a doubt!

Satisfactory at best, whilst the service at the front desk was great, the poor housekeeping let down the team.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-designed. The historic building was stunning and unique - it felt like such a treat to stay there. We also enjoyed having access to the wellness center. Lastly, the location was really perfect for us - walking distance to many attractions (and not too close to areas that would be noisy/busy 24/7), but also near the Metro for easy access to other parts of the city.

Very acceptable, no bad comments to make, thought breakfast could have been better, just comparing to other hotels we have stayed at recently. Overall very acceptable . Thank you...

The overall experience was very good, we recieved an upgrade on our room upon arrival. The staff were polite and helpful. The wellness suite and outdoor pool was worth a visit. Would highly recommend the taxi service as its a lot cheaper than local taxis.

Bon séjour mais non réponse de votre d'accueil à ma question du prix de la chambre pour un client indépendant, "le prix variant au jour le
jour"...
Ayant laissé à l'accueil une note de restaurant extérieur pour le joindre par téléphone, suite à la perte d'un appareil photo que nous recherchions, la note a été perdue par le bureau d'accueil de l'hôtel...

We stayed in Budapest for 5 nights and only stayed 1 night here but where very impressed with the Hotel/staff,sorry we didn't stay our entire trip,next time in Budapest this will be where we stay.
