lovely hotel, all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. breakfast was fab so much choice. wellness area was a lovey oasis to relax after a days sigh seeing. room was great, bathroom nice and big. just one slight niggle if we wanted to boil the kettle we had to put it on the floor as the flex wouldn't reach. the room and all the hotel was spotlessly clean. will be recommending this hotel to any of my friends if they are visiting Budapest.
