We had a fantastic weekend, the staff were excellent, the hotel clean and modern whilst maintaining some traditional character.

The staff was very friendly! We got an upgrade into a suite which was fantastic. The Hotel is located very close to all attractions in the city center - you can reach almost every place by feet. We had a wonderful time - thank you very much!

The service was superb, notably the reception and concierge staff, who were helpful, polite and friendly.

I used the hotel car service twice - both drivers were safe and very courteous. The driver who took me to the airport spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and interesting.

My room was very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was very modern and clean.

I had dinner in the restaurant. I would rate the food as totally top quality - as good as the food I recently tasted in a Michelin starred restaurant. I had the bisque as a starter - the best starter I have had for a very long time.

My only criticism is breakfast. The layout is not good for a rather busy and crowded dining room. Also, I do not normally like to eat a cooked breakfast and the alternative was rather limited and tasteless. The breakfast experience was the only let-down during an otherwise excellent stay.

This was a business trip. I intend to bring my wife to Budapest and will definitely book the Continental Hotel Zara.

People of hotel help you, are nice.
The hotel is just near the city center.
