Your hotel is beautiful but did not feel the street felt particularly nice. We thought the breakfast was average some of the items were not cooked very well e.g fried eggs. We also found the food to be only warm not hot. When we arrived we felt the staff on reception were not very welcoming. However after that we did meet a very friendly lady receptionist who recommended a lovely restaurant, which she booked for us & provided us with a print out of how to get there.We used the swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. I do not like complaining when I am on holiday we still enjoyed our few days in Budapest which we thought was a beautiful city.

Un buon hotel in una buonissima posizione. Trovo esagerata la cauzione di 700€ considerato che nulla all'interno del minibar costerebbe quella cifra. Fra l'altro, sulla mia carta di credito risulta ancora non riaccreditata anche se ho già fatto il check-out.

The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with all queries from the moment we entered the hotel door until we departed.
Despite an issue with a leak in the bathroom, the reception desk quickly sent up a maintenance member of staff to fix the issue. The hotel has a beautiful set up, and although we did not take advantage of all of the facilities, we appreciated what was on offer for guest use.
We had a particularly pleasant experience in the hotel bar/lounge with Betti and would strongly recommend all guests to visit and try the wide range of cocktails on offer.
We would definitely be interested in a return visit to the continental. Budapest is a superb city and the Continental Hotel compliments it superbly.
