Excellent experience. Very smooth safe and secure. Low noise! slept well. By the way, I did not request room with equipped for the physically impaired ( disabilities)

A genuine 4 star experience. Service was very good, only marked down 1 star due to some confusion on arrival. A fantastic location within the Jewish quarter, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

it was a really good hotel for a good price! the place was perfect for us we enjoed our trip! the staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel is stylish and staff speak excellent English. Even chamber maids said good morning. When we encountered problems they were v helpful. However when the hotel is busy there is nowhere for guests to find a comfy quiet area which was not your room. It did seem a bit too crowded in the dining room at weekends. One night the bar was v busy and I had to request the young and new bar staff were given additional support as it could be seen that customers were getting unhappy.

Bad, my room was near the stairs an there was a door that opens every 10-20 and overtime the door was closing it was very noicy, so it wake me up early in the mourning
