The hotel are in a super position in town, like the atmosfer are very friendly and I feel like at home.

Zara is realy a very good hotel in Budapest. The service is very friendly and the room are very nice.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, my purse ( my passport, money, credit cards and all of my other IDs) got stolen in the restaurant and when I asked the manager to review the video and find out who stole my purse, he said we can't do anything for you even he did not offer some sort of compensation.

We had a wonderful time in Budapest. The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff attentive,polite and helpful.

I had arrived early in the morning (10am). The hotel was very accommodating in having my room ready by 11am. The staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport at 4am. I would return to this hotel on my next trip to Budapest.

I found this hotel very clean and the staff was helpful. (and that does not include the hotels rude taxidriver)
