Hôtel bien placé pour visiter Budapest.....le personnel ne parle pas francais
(attention pour information ...ne pas prendre les taxis officiel sans compteur.....le triple du prix)

not quite 4star experience; cleaner carelessly broke our charger cable and when asked for a replacement just to use during our stay- you tried to charge us which is unexceptable
teas/coffees wasn't replaced everyday- we stayed 3nights and it was never replaced and I had to call for some more as 2package is not going to last us tea drinker for 3days
also bathrobe provided was torn and broken

We had a great time in Budapest in early sunshine so walked around the city. The National Ballet Sleeping Beauty was amazing, an organ concert in St Stephens Basilica and a dinner cruise as well as a dinner on our late arrival in the hotel added to the enjoyment.
We were surprised that use of the hotel roof pool was not included.
The driver of the linked Elit taxi to the airport did most of the discourtesies listed in the Fo taxi courtesy sheet, mobile phone use, one handed driving, no handed driving, cutting in. Uncomfortable.

Hôtel très agréable. La rue dans laquelle il se situe n'est pas très accueillante mais c'est oublié dès que l'on passe les portes.
