An excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very good, as was the restaurant for the forst two nights. On the third night, a large group were beiong served and our food was not so good and was quite cool by the time we had it.

A beatuiful city and a very good hotel but breakfast for euro 15,00 was without biscuits or cake.

Second time in your hotel.
Early flight to Budapest, we came before 14:00 for the Check in.
Lady sad the room was not ready but for 40 euros we could havé à room.
This is unaccepteble. If the room is ready we should go in. If not ready we come later.
