The hostel is confortable. I had a perfect service !

I was disappointed. The hotel entrance and first floor bar offer so much but the rest of the hotel disappoint
The breakfast room is far to small for this size of hotel

I have travelled to many different places this summer and my experience at your hotel was the very best of them all.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating they made us feel very welcome. I had mentioned to the reservations agent that it was my partners birthday and a wonderful bottle of champagne was delivered to the room after check in.... this was so sweet and thoughtful and we were very touched and grateful by such a generous and thoughtful gesture. We would recommend your hotel to anybody who wants to visit budapest and will certainly come back for another visit! Until then, we look forward to staying with you again.

Enjoyed hotel but did not feel it lived up to a 4 star plus. Room was not terribly clean.

Really loved this hotel, from when we arrived through the revolving doors we were amazed with what greeted us, pleasent staff, great selection of drinks and comfortable room, couldn't really fault it, minus the complicated lift system to get upstairs, which actually helped us find the bar area so didn't mind at all.

Excellent service from all the staff. Really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. beautiful clean hotel- one of the best we have stayed in worldwide. well done and thank you for a lovely stay.
