very friendly. without asking upgrade to next room. without asking after check-out and delay of the flight we got the key to the pool for the afternoon. service people for breakfast excellent.

Excellent. Though there could be more seats in the breakfast area, we had to wait quite some time to get a table.

Enjoyed stay after changing to delux room at Euro 20 more. Staff was the best who helped us every way they could.

It was fairly Good. The massages were rubbish and the swimming pools are tiny though

I had an overall very good experience.
Only with the payment at the check out I was a bit nervous when the person at the front desk asked extra numbers of my Gold card. I am not sure it was needed to.
