It was a very nice experience staying at your hotel. Good location, close to the city center, great service and breakfast.

Unfortunately, after a day of eating all of our meals in the hotel (we had lunch in the galleria and dinner in the restaurant. No breakfast), we both fell ill with food poisoning. This left us spending more time in our room than we would have liked.

Hotel staff was very helpful with directions to a pharmacy and even made a dentist appointment for my wife after she chipped a tooth.

Overall a decent experience. Could have been a great one if we weren't poisoned.

Fantastic, and it exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone wanting to go to Budapest to stay at the Continental. We found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant overall. The gallery bar is lovely.

la mia personale esperienza e' stata positiva per quello che riguarda la gestione dell'hotel ma molto negativa per quanto riguarda la lingua ,perche' in questo hotel nessuno parla italiano e questo comporta a non dare una buona recensione sull'hotel .

Spent only the night, did not use the facilities. Umbrella at the reception was appreciated!!!

What a wonderful hotel!!! The location is superior as is the staff!!! The concierge staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind!!! I would stay here again in a second! I loved the down pillows!!!
