Overall it was good - Staff were very friendly and attentive, never had to wait at the front desk which was fantastic. What was disappointing was that my requests that were emailed to me before my arrival were not met - I had asked for a double room on a high floor and was put in a twin room on the 1st floor. I realise they are preferences but I thought a double room would come as standard. The hairdryer in my room was not working, however I received another on my second day. Just the small details missing.
