friendly personal and good service.
The shuttle too the airport was dangerious. The cab driver was continuously calling and driving!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Staff always had a smile and nothing was a bother. Check in and out was quick and efficient. We plan to go back again in August/September

The hotel in an excellent location. Staff is very kind and courteous. Fully equipped Gym end fitness center. A rich and gourmet breakfast. Nice, clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Possitive:location was great, room to very good standard

Negative: tiny tiny jacuzzi and sauna 2/3 person max ( no steam) surrounded by other extremely rude french guests that pointed fun at people who weighed more. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

We checked one room in first wih 2 guests and came back for the other room 2 hrs later after a little tour of he city. Was charged more for the second room as the guy at concierge felt like including the whole mini bar tab as a precaution incase we consumed and didn't pay. Kind of weird as he saw us come in with the other couples (my parents). He them said at the end of the stay this was be deducted if it wasn't consumed.

When I told him I have travelled all over Europe and this is a first he responded with 'this is how it is everywhere'.

Words can not explain the ads attitude some of these people have. Almost makes you regret spending any of your hard earned money in their economy

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, but we were not satisfied with your beds, they were too hard.
You have a really good service and the Hotel were very clean, nice and good service. :)

I didn't have a good expierence. part OF the personnel doesn't speak a very good english, passing through the lobby i've seen no guests (excepting us) to take care and no One SAID hallo or greeted us. at the same time the reception staff was not helpful suggesting us a restaurant without mentioning the ambient. AT the arrival i was completely uncomfortable with the dresscode OF the restaurant.

Two porters inside the lift AT our arrivals talked in their language which is not correct AT all
