I didn't have a good expierence. part OF the personnel doesn't speak a very good english, passing through the lobby i've seen no guests (excepting us) to take care and no One SAID hallo or greeted us. at the same time the reception staff was not helpful suggesting us a restaurant without mentioning the ambient. AT the arrival i was completely uncomfortable with the dresscode OF the restaurant.

Two porters inside the lift AT our arrivals talked in their language which is not correct AT all

Very good! Exelent food,hungarian evning on friday very Nice .Music and dancers very good! Nice red vine :-)

Everything was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the breakfast and the staff. The Hungarian Night was very fun and the food was great!

The room was how we expect : clean, modern and romantic.
We appreciate the spa after our walking and cold journey.

Personnel warm and efficient. Room sufficient for my needs. Good control of room temperature. A scrub in the massage room - great!
No bidet but that's a minor point

This hotel is perfect. The wellness was really nice, my husband and I did a massage (romantic package)
