The hotel is very good located and looks great. The standard room we find to small for an average 4 star hotel. The bed even below standard due to the matresses. Overall not completey satisfied.

Hotel forse sopravvalutato camera nella norma,doccia appiccicata alla porta con poco spazio,wi fu con copertura indecente,colazione euro 15 a persona direi un furto legalizzato

Мы останавливались в этом отеле уже три раза. Отель нам сразу же понравился, с первого посещения, особенно потому, что он комфортный, есть бассейн, джакузи, расположен недалеко от центра города и купальни, которую мы посещали. Большое спасибо за чайник и чайные и кофейные принадлежности, так как мы все время отдыхали в Будапеште зимой, он нам сильно пригодился. Персонал в отеле хороший, каких-либо замечаний нет. Небольшое неудобство испытывали при общении на английском языке, но все друг друга поняли. Как пожелание, хотелось бы, чтобы был русскоязычный персонал, так как не все русские туристы хорошо владеют английским. Большое спасибо всем работникам отеля, которые создали хорошие условия для нашего отдыха. До следующей встречи.

The hotel did not have any wireless connection on the 5th Floor, I have raised this with the hotel staff for 5 days and nothing happened. The taxi's that are managed by the hotel charge different prices to the same destination every day so that needs to be looked into. I also raised this with the staff but nothing again happened.
