Staff did not seem very well trained, and it was not easy simply to order a drink at the bar. The fact that breakfast and access to the pool is not for all customers, despite paying a significant sum, is very disappointing.

Excellent Hotel would go again staff, room, clean, price and breakfast all excellent. The only poor thing for us was the air-conditioning as it was restricted to 19 degrees not cool enough for us we wish hotels would give this info before you booked.

Excellent Hungarian style service. Airport transfers, the doormen, breakfast in the Araz restaurant, gallery bar, housekeeping and support when I thought my sink plug was broken but really I hadn't looked at the mechanism properly áll up to the standards one expects. My favourite place in the hotel is the smoking area, this is a location of serenity for me, sitting there I actually relaxed which is something I struggle with. Thanks to all the hotel staff, I do hope to return if my travels take me to Budapest again which I'm fairly sure they will.

a nice Hotel, not the Service standars we expected for a 4*Hotel, the Lady on the reception couldn`t tell us the right way to the great market hall, i was lucky Controlling my car after getting it back from the Garage, our luggage has been forgotten to put into the car

Buono...anche se l'Hotel mostra carenze di pulizia(non cambio di lenzuola),letto non comodo...e non riassortimento di the e caffè all'interno della camera.
