Not excellent. The hotel is nice in appearance and has good amenities. Service addressed our needs, but did not feel friendly or what I would expect from a nice hotel. There was a bed bug in our room that bit us multiple times and the service was not very concerned.

Very good emplacement with a vies on the roofs of Budapest and two smallpools onze outside and onze Inside with a spa

Great hotel. I like a spa and massage when I'm away and used the happy hour twice! Staff really friendly. Hotel cab service to airport was great. Roof top pool area lovely to relax in after a day of sight seeing.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The décor was stunning as I had hoped it would be.

The hotel is in a great location. We loved being able to walk to so many places from the hotel. We did wish the AC could have been lowered a bit more. The room was a little warm for sleeping. Also the servers at the bar acted as if we were part of the furniture and not there to make the hotel money by ordering drinks. We almost had to throw our selves in front of them to get their attention.

Despite those few things I enjoyed my stay with you. The reception desk staff was very helpful for what we needed.

All very good. To improve the closure of windows: too much light enters in the morning
