Trendy small hotel, very good location and beautiful lobby/entrance.
Breakfast average, enough choice but not the best quality

Beautiful entrance and communal areas, very happy with our room and staff were welcoming. A few of the extras let the hotel experience down.

It was really good. However, it was a bit expensive to use the pool.

Negatives:
- very poor wifi: Dear Hotel, nowadays wifi is not an extra but a basic amenity like tapwater. I wanted to work but it was simply not possible. No wifi, no mobile signal only EDGE in the room (1st floor)
- The room must have been flooded soemtime ago, the laminate flooring was damaged all over the room. This room could not have been let in this condition. Hopefully the price of our two night there will cover the costs of the renovation if the insurance was not spent on that. This could have been fixed within an afternoon!
-unacceptably small shower cabin in this category, not well maintained
- the small spa / wellness is not included in the price, this extra charge is not mentioned anywhere
- a service room door was creaking nearby, when the cleaning lady opened it in every 5 minute we woke up to this several times in the morning (we mentioned it an it was fixed immediately altough)
- Cleaning ladies were very nosiy by doing their job in the morning not possible to have normal sleep
- the staff was very helpful they would gave another room but being there just for 2 nights we spent our time rather in the city and not with repacking and moving to another room.

Positives:
- stylishly renovated monument
- very helpful staff
- well equipped mini bar
- very nice common areas

My room was way to small and the shower had no space to move around in order to wash your self.

Mainly a good experience. The concierge were helpful with organising a taxi to the airport. The wellness area was a highlight. The room was luxurious and room service was prompt. Drawbacks included a city tax being charged at the end of the stay, and the hair dryers are not very powerful and cut out after 1 minute if you use the high power. I asked twice for a different hairdryer and I was promised one twice, which never appeared with no apology. Also the to was limited in channels.

I Consider the hotel nice in general, however, in my opinion, some officials should have a more professional service. I think the fact that do not accept euros as payment method, you disfavors considerably.
