We have enjoyed staying at the hotel. Accommodation was roomy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was a good choice at breakfast.

If I'm honest I like the Zara but I have also stayed many times at the Pallazo Zichy. I would say that the restaurant is better at the Zara for the choice of food at breakfast but the rooms are much nicer at the Zichy especially the bathroom.

Loved the hotel. The building is gorgeous - loved the front door - what a fabulous 1st impression!
The staff are all very welcoming, and efficient.
The location is perfect - you can walk easily to all the main areas of Pest.

Had a very good time hotel arrange transport to and from airport and this was excellent everything on time
We did have some sandwichs in the bar area and these were good

The overall experience is clearly positive. Nevertheless, we would have been happy to use the wellness and fitness facilities.
besides, regarding the Budapest card, it was not clear that we have to activate it on our own. Maybe you could make it for the customers and then charged them directly.
