it was a really good hotel for a good price! the place was perfect for us we enjoed our trip! the staff was friendly and helpful!

The hotel is stylish and staff speak excellent English. Even chamber maids said good morning. When we encountered problems they were v helpful. However when the hotel is busy there is nowhere for guests to find a comfy quiet area which was not your room. It did seem a bit too crowded in the dining room at weekends. One night the bar was v busy and I had to request the young and new bar staff were given additional support as it could be seen that customers were getting unhappy.

Bad, my room was near the stairs an there was a door that opens every 10-20 and overtime the door was closing it was very noicy, so it wake me up early in the mourning

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We found all the staff exceedingly helpful, attentive and all requests were met immediately. We would particularly like to commend Ms Tunde Varga, who was at the reception desk when we arrived. She provided us with advice, recommendations and assistance whenever required during our stay. She was outstanding and a credit to your hotel. We are seasoned travellers and rarely return to the same hotel. However, given the general support from most of your staff, Ms Varga's assistance in particular, and the ambience and location of the hotel, we will definitely be returning here for our next visit. We hope it will be soon.
