Another fantastic stay at Zara. This was our 2nd time in 2-years and would probably stay here again, the next time we decide to visit. I have already recommended to others.

Concierge staff was not helpful. The hsk service in the room was not efficient. The pet fee was too high and we did not receive extra cleaning or amenities for our dog. The general maintenance of the room and hotel must be improved. Excellent wifi and breakfast,great location and good drinks at the bar. Good wellness area.

The is the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely come again. I love the Spa and the restaurant though some of the rooms could do with being renovated as some of the are a little worn.

Very pleasant stay, staff was very kind and helpful, rooms are tidy and clean and the location is very close to most of the city center attractions.

We liked this hotel very much, it was really nice experience of November 2015. The spa is little but very nice after all day walking around the city. The location of the hotel is excellent too, a variety of pubs and bars near the hotel and also metro is close. The room wasn't very spacious, but if you don't want to spend the whole stay in the room it really doesn't matter. I would like to return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are really friendly and very helpful, always made to feel welcome and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Very nice and elegant place. New hotel in the Jewish Quarter with loads of bars & restaurants conveniently nearby.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price - quality experience.
Would love to return here for the next business trip.
