Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, my purse ( my passport, money, credit cards and all of my other IDs) got stolen in the restaurant and when I asked the manager to review the video and find out who stole my purse, he said we can't do anything for you even he did not offer some sort of compensation.

We had a wonderful time in Budapest. The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff attentive,polite and helpful.

I had arrived early in the morning (10am). The hotel was very accommodating in having my room ready by 11am. The staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport at 4am. I would return to this hotel on my next trip to Budapest.

I found this hotel very clean and the staff was helpful. (and that does not include the hotels rude taxidriver)

We were upgraded to a bigger room and spa facilities for Free as it was my husbands 30th birthday but once we tried to check out the hotel tried to charge us for this and then we also got told we had ordered room service and we had not. We hadn't been in the room long enough to order room service! We were made to feel like we were lying and to be honest this took the shine off our stay. Before this we loved the hotel and the room and it's a shame but it's made me feel like you tried to con us in to upgrading and then trying to make us pay for it! (Which is fine if you are given the option and not told its free) It's very disappointing and uncomfortable to be in that situation. I would make sure in future if you decide to upgrade people you then don't try to charge them or at least give them an option! I wouldn't recommend people to stay here if this is the service you get. I expected more from a 4 star hotel.
