Felt very special coming to this hotel. Was treated to a complimentary bottle of champagne from the manager for our wedding anniversary.
All the staff were very helpful.
Great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay

Very disappointed in the hotel, it appears very tired in the corridors, torn drab wallpaper, old carpets. Did not like our initial room and paid to be upgraded to a suite, which was more like a larger room!! The room smelt and was noisy from traffic outside. The area the hotel is in is very run down and dirty.

The start was nice, we were accompanied to our room, from a very friendly doorman. But then the room was not the way we expected it. It was very small, almost everything in it looked like it had its good days a long time ago. The shower was tiny and the shower-head has sharp plastic pieces which hurt, when touching the body. The toilet looked VERY used. Under our pillows we found someone else's hair and the sheets were not very clean.
