It was wonderful, unfortunately my partner had a fall in the lobby and even though the staff were very attentive immediately, there was no follow through the next day to see how he was. We were unpleasantly surprised.

As shown above- excellent. Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, great omelettes at breakfast, overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends.

I was not satisfied with our stay at your hotel. The room was too small for the price I paid. The bathroom was claustrophobic. No slippers, no bathrobes at our disposal. I expect a higher standard from a 4star superior hotel at these rates.

Excellent thank you. My only slight criticism is that the room was a little small with the third bed in it. Otherwise everything was very good.
