Beautiful hotel and we were given a room upgrade which was very nice and unexpected. The only negative that I have is that the room was extremely hot. I was told as the air conditioning was not on so my only option was to turn the fan up full and open the window. This was ok but as our room was overlooking the courtyard it was too noisy to leave window open when people were out in courtyard smoking . This meant I did not sleep very well

The hotel is fantastic, there is always room for improvement. the main let down being the bar/ food service which actually put us off visiting the Hotel's restaurant. Front of house staff though are something to be proud of!
