Excellent experience overall. Room was slightly small but nevertheless clean and hotel was in great location. I would definitely go back but would go for a bigger room. Staff were super friendly.

I would describe my overall experience as simply blissful. Generally the hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and keen to delivery fantastic customer service. All of the team spoke fluent English which really helped us and even taught us some Hungarian! The room was beautiful and all efforts made to make us comfortable. The team went over and above with complimentary fizzy wine and card etc for my partners birthday - the concierge team even helped me by decorating the room with things I purchased while we were out. I have highlighted some areas for improvement (specifically the spa and vegetarian/vegan hot breakfast options) which would have made our stay perfect.

The hotel has great location and nice room and facilities. The service was bad..very bad and I still shocked I had to do 3 hours checkout process time in the middle of the night.
