Staff was not very polite. Neither the front desk employees nor the staff in the reception of breakfast lobby. It was unacceptable that the employee made us a remark because we visisted breakfast lobby at 10.15. Moreover, a waiter took our plates before finishing our breakfast. Breakfast was poor breakfast, not tasteful. Finally, Wellness lobby was not something special. It cannot accomodate many people at once, thus it was not a good experience having jacuzzi spa too many persons together.
