Excellent , staff greatest asset . Peter the bell boy gave a great room orientation .. An ice machine on each floor would be nice .

Good experience at a very nice hotel. The breakfast was consistently delicious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I only wish it had been a little closer to downtown/ the river

We had a very good time in Budapest, and our stay in your beautiful hotel was beyond expectation. We were upgraded to one of the best rooms, which was a real treat. The personnel are very friendly and the service excellent. We will certainly come back.
