It was a very nice experience, and we had a realy foos time in Budapest

We thought the service at the desk was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were not as nice as we had hoped and the hallways looked pretty old. The breakfast area was very nice and the food was good there as well. We never tried the restaurant. We loved the location as it was close to the main areas that we wanted to see. All in all a good place to stay!

We were offered a free upgrade to a delux room but don't think we actually got one view onto a car park was not the best

One of the reasons I selected the hotel was the wellness/SPA. Then I find out that it is only open from 9AM to 9PM. Useless
Also the table/chair in room was not good for working.

Staff was friendly and helpful and room was very clean so no problem there at all.

A source of chilled water in the lobby would have been helpful

Overall experience GOOD. However, once again breakfast was of poor quality. It also gave me the Impression that it was unorganized. There was staff around but they took no notice of the clients at all. Quality of food was very poor. So we went out to have a decent breakfast outside of the hotel.
