A source of chilled water in the lobby would have been helpful

Overall experience GOOD. However, once again breakfast was of poor quality. It also gave me the Impression that it was unorganized. There was staff around but they took no notice of the clients at all. Quality of food was very poor. So we went out to have a decent breakfast outside of the hotel.

Fantastic stay at the Hotel. Staff all very friendly and informative. We had a bad experience with the city hop on hop off bus tour. The hotel gave a full refund and apologised. Excellent customer service I wI'll stay at the zara on my return to your city

I thought the hotel was very well run, with attentive and helpful staff.
The appearance of the hotel was beautiful and very clean throughout.
If there was a fault and it is minor, the service in the bar area was a little slow during busy periods
