A lovely hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Kinga on reception was particularly helpful and deserves a special mention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Average, but easily fixed to improve the rating. First fix would be to give proper training to the Front Desk staff. Only one of the three front desk personnel was trying to do a good job. She was the young girl with light colored brown hair.
The older dark haired lady that checked me out of the hotel was absolutely terrible. Reason, After starting my check-out process, she then answered the phone to talk to someone else and made me wait 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and really needs more training. The next problem occurred at the restaurant. After ordering Tenderloin Steak and Beer, the older waiter then informed me that I should have some red wine to go with the steak. I agreed to small amount which was about 25 deco. I was then billed for a full glass of red wine. Although the food was very good, this was a very unpleasant experience as well.

We have lived a very good expexrience and we have appreciate all the hotel services.
Even if it is out of your control, the locatiom of the hotel is appreciate but the environment is quite polluted and the night lighting is minimum

it was ok. The hotel is good, new , good design , but i would prefer more near the bridges.

Very good hotel and team. But the promotion and the prices of the restaurant didn't GO informed successfully. Ony in the Last day We knew about the special prices for guests

A good hotel with friendly personell.
They helped us well when the trains to Vienna did not run !
