Soggiorno buono e gradevole, purtroppo rovinato dai contollori della sosta che braccano i tursiti nella strada antistante l'hotel. Poichè nella via mancano le indicazioni (cartelli e strisce blu a terra) sarebbe cosa utile che alla reception un cartello avvisasse i turisti di questa spiacevole ed antipatica eventualità.

This is a beautiful new hotel with every comfort and amenity , it is situated in easy walking distance of the city centre. The hotel staff have all been most helpful and the service first class.

Excellent. Reception staff were helpful and all staff spoke to us if meeting in a corridor or chatted to us in the restaurant. Porters were welcoming at door. Bags carried to room and further information given to us by the porter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Budapest and Zara hotel.

Very good but the bed was awful, way too hard so I had to build an own mattress from pillows to be able to sleep. Loved the spa, outdoor pool and the bar on the 2nd floor made delicious drinks :-)

We stayed with friends at this hotel for three days and it was amazing. The room although small was adequate for what we needed, it was clean and the air con worked which is always a bonus, we asked for a iron which was brought to us promptly and we were able to keep it for the whole stay, the staff were amazing and the alcohol was a good price, we had a fabulous stay at the hotel and would definitely stay there again, thank you intercontinental Zara

Fair. The price was a little bit high and the parking price is defined very expensive. Internet is very very slow.

It was a good hotel with choice of restaurants and helpful staff. Short on character. Pool too small. Would stay again
