Service was very good the rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again here if you would change your hours for the workout facility.

Location was great, but bed and pillows made sleep quality bad.

Firstly thank you very much for your feedback about your recent stay, and I am very sorry to read that you were not fully satisfied with our services.

As I can see in our files you have booked a standard room, and since the hotel was full, your reservation had been upgraded to a suite (suite 511).

Regarding your comment about the bed I wish to inform you, even our General Manager has personally checked it, and it is not noisy at all.

The pillows in our suites are soft feder pillows, and we have a whole pillow menu to choose.

Also, can you please tell me where you have booked your room, since neither on booking.com – if I am right, you have booked your room in that website - nor on our website I don’t see any indication for complimentary drink.

We chose the hotel because of the wellness area which is a reason to choose again. We would also choose because of the food. We would rate it at 90% rather than the 82% that has been calculated automatically.
