We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room and facilities are excellent.

PLUS: Great location, right in the center of Budapest. The hotel itself is very nice, tidy and with design elements that show a mix of modern and oriental styles (owner is Jordanian). Room was nice however we expected a bit more available space for a deluxe room. I needed to work that weekend (mixing business and pleasure is a must sometimes) and sitting at the desk would essentially block half of the room, with very little access once at the desk. Nice, good quality toiletries. Quiet place.Very nice interior back yard with a fantastic wall painting. Nice staff, good English skills.

MINUS: No parking on the hotel. We extended our stay with one day and Monday morning we found ourselves fined for parking in front of the hotel. Our fault, but unpleasant surprise, as we left relatively early (10 AM).
One thing we really dreaded were the pillows. They were way too dense and we both had trouble sleeping because of them.

All in all this is a good hotel and the staff always tries to help you
