Really good experience in this hotel, I would recommend it. Unfortunately didn't had the time to try the pool and the spa.

We enjoyed our stay in Budapest very much and the hotel has made a good contribution towards.
The service from the personnel, in all the ranges was very good.

Nous avions réservé la veille un taxi pour aller à un mariage, le jour dit rien! On a du en commander un autre d'où retard à la basilique!

Apart from the above sated nuisance, I very again very satisfied with style, location, professionalism, breakfast, cleanliness.
One suggestion: while I noticed that the rooms have been kept in good state of repair and style, I recommend to replace some of the older towels that are quite used and not in line with the remaining impeccable environment.

Regarding towels I wish to inform you, we have changed all of our towels few month ago, probably it was a misteke of our Housekeeping team. Concerning your booking, the last guests of your company have checked out from the hotel two years ago, and they have paid the best available rate like you, and since you have paid in advance you got even 10 percent discount. Anyway, we are open to make corporate contract with your company anytime, just let us know the contacts from your side.
On the other side I do apologise form the inconveniences caused by your locker. Such a problem we don't have very often, probalby this was the reason for the unprofessional way to fix it.

Disappointing as we had such a great experience in January that we wanted to return. We stayed in what appeared to be a smaller room than the last time. Room 222 was on a corner - when it rained (Wednesday evening) the rain made a heavy noise on the lead flashing outside the window and kept us awake through the night. Finally one night manager appeared to take great pleasure in denying us a cigarette in the courtyard as that was the law (although it was 1am), We were told to stand outside the hotel's main entrance and got accosted by prostitutes. Despite all this we love the hotel.

Thank you very much for your feedback although it contains some criticism as well. I am vary sorry to read that you had some difficulties to sleep during the night because of the rain. We will test this room at the next rain and we will fix it.
Regarding smoking in the courtyard I wish to inform you, from 10 PM to 7 AM we keep the courtyard closed since at least the 25 percent of our rooms have a window to it.
