This was our second visit to the Hotel Continental and we returned because we so liked our stay last time. We shall be recommending to friends and returning ourselves next year, we hope!

Everything was Nice but the spa was very bad. We felt asleep and did not notice that we have a massage!!!!

I am very happy that - although you have some criticism about your massage - you have mostly enjoyed your stay with us. Regarding massage I wish to inform you, we have several massages on our menu, both stronger and softer. The aroma massage you have ordered for both of you is one of the softest one, not like a strong sport massage, but as we always inform our valuable guests before and even during the massage, we can change the strogness of it anytime. Our pick up arranged by you went smoothly and we were very impressed with the hotel on our arrival. Our room on the 6th floor looked over to the roof garden and was very quiet. We thought the hotel location was perfect for us as we did not want to be too near the bars, clubs and traffic of the riverbank area, but still within a few minutes walk of the river. The hotel is very close to two of the stops on the Hop On Hop Off red line route which is a bonus. We were booked half board and used the restaurant every night, and were really impressed with the choice and quality of the food and the service at breakfast, and in particular, dinner. Our pick up for our transfer to the airport was slightly late, but the Concierge was very vigilant and continued to monitor the situation.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful city and we would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to family and friends.
