We had a lovely time at your hotel. We found the staff were very courteous and helpful, from organising our airport transfer to booking the restaurant for dinner and the massage. We received a bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival and a bottle of wine on our last night. We would like to thank you for your generosity, this made our trip very special. Thank you for a fabulous time, we will recommend your hotel to our friends and family and look forward to our return in the future.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff, great location, nice and very clean room. I will recommend this hotel and come back soon.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant and a fabulous choice for breakfast. Wellness area ok a bit small if busy as there is only 1 Jacuzzi. Staff extremely helpful and polite and courteous at all times. The location is ok if you don't mind a bit of a walk but very close to metro and tram stops if you prefer that mode of transport.

Reception staff were courteous and efficient. We found the temperatures of the bedrooms very warm and difficult to regulate. Decor looked attractive but unfortunately showed the dust on the work surfaces. The lift also got stuck one morning on the way to breakfast which resulted in us being late meeting friends. This was addressed after about 15 minutes. Very dissatisfied with level of service at breakfast time. Staff found it difficult to cope with volume of guests. Tables very close together and difficult to circulate and choose from buffet. Some tables were grubby and not cleared of food deposits from previous guests. Water dispenser did not provide boiling water which resulted in tea and coffee being warm when drunk.

The overall experience was excellent however the internet was sub par and needs to be improved because I was unable to conduct some of my business due to spotty or no internet at times.

Good hotel with accommodating staff. Rooms are a bit small although the bathrooms are good with an excellent shower.
