Все впечатление от пребывания в вашем отеле перечеркивает отвратительная работа сотрудницы на ресепшене. За день до приезда была заблокирована сумма 68,09 евро - стоимость проживания за одну ночь. В день приезда 5 марта была дополнительно заблокирована сумма 605 евро. При этом я у сотрудницы ресепшен спросил в какой валюте будет блокироваться сумма - в евро или в форинтах - получив ответ, что сумма блокируется в форинтах я дал ту карту, которую использую для расчетов в местных валютах, но сумма была заблокирована в евро. Извинений не последовало. При отъезде 12 марта была снята сумма в форинтах и дано обещание, что ранее заблокированные деньги будут возвращены. До сих пор заблокированные деньги не возвращены, поскольку из отеля не поступило соответствующих указаний, хотя транзакция по оплате суммы в форинтах уже прошла. Отвратительная работа!

Excellent choice of hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Had a wonderful time in Budapest and would love to go back.

good location, close to the centre of the city. staff were excellent. everything was as expected. we will definitly come back to the hotel again.
