We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Location was ideal, easy enough to walk to most places and close enough to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

OK! Good breakfast, OK room, but cleaning in drawrs and on shelves could be better. Massage/spa did NOT function, very unprofessional service there. Very good concierge!

Dear Hotel Management,
My 1 night stay was just perfect but it might end with a really catastrophy. I checked out from the hotel and start to visit the city until the flight time at 20:00 local time. When I came back to hotel to take my laggage, I realized that I lost my vallet in somewhere in Metro! but dont know exactly where :(( It might be stolen or I dropped it somehow. :( And the catastrophy is that my passport was inside..:(( I just need help from the reservation desk and there she was, a lady with a black long hair, sorry that i didnt get her name, helped me very quickly and called the metro stations in case of it might be found. I was just shocked that as without my passport, I will have real problems and missing the flight and lots of procedures extra.
Then after 10 mins or so, the metro staff called the hotel and surpriseee , IT IS FOUND :) how lucky I am and most important, how helpfull the reseption lady and all the other staff. Perfect perfect perfect.

Was a pleasant stay, but the wi-fi is really bad. At the lobby it doesn´t work at all, and in the room is always loosing connection.
Not acceptable in a boutique hotel.
