Not happy with Alpha rooms who we booked with, because there was no mention of additional charge for wellness facility when we booked. This needs to be made clear at booking stage to avoid angry clients at the Hotel.

The manager was understanding and did not charge for the service for the two days it was available during our stay.

Great Hotel...Will recommend..

Very good and we enjoyed our stay with the exception of breakfast time which could be improved with some thought, particularly to the serving of tea and coffee. Staff were excellent, freindly, competent and helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall experience was excellent, only suggestion is that your front desk/door/concierge be more knowledgeable of the many great local restaurants/bars in the area. Asked for a dinner suggestion at the desk for a place close by and was refered to the concierge who said he couldn't recommend anything closer than going to andrassey street or the hotel restaurant.
