The hotel is excellent, staff at reception are really good, very helpful. Breakfast was great, pleanty of choice. Room had everything working but is a bit small. Location is good, only 15 minutes walk to Danube 10 minutes from central shopping.
Budapest is a great place to visit for a few days, loads to do and great value.

We couldn't fault the hotel at all. Everything was top class. Go for the Budapest steak in their restaurant as well. It was probably the best steak I have ever had.
Highlight was a pianist playing in the lobby on valentines night. Simply beautiful.

Good hotel...expeccially the lounge area.but not a real 4 stars in services.
