Very good hotel, not so close to downtown but nice area in Budapest.

The bathroom was very small by the shower. It was a very warm room, not so easy to lower the temperature. The breakfast area were very noisy, it was not possible to eat breakfast outside since it was the smoker area :( .

Overall, I was happy with my stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is decent. The conference facilities were excellent, and the hotel is generally well-suited for such events.

Satisfactory. The employees were 10 out of 10, the room we were in was under expectation, as it was not comfortable (the reason I booked deluxe was the size, but I was disappointed).

We had a wonderful visit to Budapest and the hotel experience was amazing, a beautiful place a warm and friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and considerate and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.
