We had a very nice time in Budapest and the location of the hotel was perfect. The food was good. Massage at hotel was also very good. I was disapointed with order taxi through the hotel. I used a taxi from the Airport and paid 25 euro. When I needed taxi to the Airport i showed in the reception which taxi I yoused because I was satisfied with it. I been told that I will get a taxi from some other company but the same price. When we come to the Airport the taxi chauffor said that the price was not 25 euro. He wanted 29 euro. It is not big difference but the feelings is not god when such things happens.

Thank you very much to share us your observations about your stay at our hotel. I was very happy to read that you were satisfied with the location of the hotel, with food of our ARAZ Restaurant and also with your massage. On the other side you have some criticism about the taxi service of the hotel. Let me give you some explanations for that. As other major hotels of Budapest we have an agreement with the Elit taxi company. They have only brand new black Mercedes cars in good condition and clean, all drivers have to speak at least one major foreign-language – mostly English -, and they work only for the best hotels and they never pick up any guests on the street. They have fix prices for the most popular destinations (railway stations, airport). Our fix transfer price to the airport is 8000 HUF, which is about 27-29 EUR (i.e. not fixed in euros), always depends on the current exchange rate. I’m very sorry if it caused a bad feeling for you and you didn’t get the exact information for your question. We will pay more attention for that in the future. Thank you again for your stay and I hope that you will give us another chance to serve you if your travel will bring you back once to Budapest.

Nice hotel, only the bathroom had a few remarks as the water was dropping out while showering but the rest was so good that this problem was minimized

We had a brilliant time and loved the hotel. The only minor problems were with room which I mentioned above. We would stay in this hotel again if we return to Budapest.

Bon hotel mais accueil désagréable. La chambre "executive" était mal située et peu éclairée.
Visiblement très fréquenté, les petits déjeuner ont un air de cohue et l'espace Spa est trop petit.
Autrement l'emplacement est idéal.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is near by the metro station! The location is therefore very good.

Everything was good! Breakfast was a bit stressfull.
