Hotel is in excellent location and rooms are spacious and very clean. Our arrival in Budapest was a disappointing one due to fact that we had a bag stolen from our train and passports etc were missing. Hotel staff were excellent towards our plight and did everything they could to help. Reception staff on duty whenever we needed a phone call or printing of emails etc were always ready to help in any way they could. We would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyway who wants to be treated in a friendly and caring manner. We thank all staff on duty during our stay 15-18 November. Mary and Robin Fox (Aust)

We had a lovely stay at continental hotel. The only negative for us was the fact you have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool. I have never come across this before. Apart from this we were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel! Thank you

En general es Excelente !!
Pd. Los pasillos de las habitaciones 5 piso con olor a comida siempre. Esta impregnado el olor.

Ich versuche bei jedem Besuch in Budapest in diesem Hotel zu buchen. Es passt einfach alles. Professionelles Personal. Von Zimmermädchen und Page zu Lobby und Direktion. Das Hotel bemerkenswert schön und gepflegt.
