Breakfast :almost everything was cold(eggs-bacon etc)-not enough seats for all the guests-a lot of noise
During the night impossible to sleep with open window because of the terrible noise of drunk people or working people
the service in the bar was slow and unpersonal.
the wellness again too small for the number of guests.
One room was charged twice!!!we cannot understand such mistakes in a 4star accommodation.
we stayed in better hotels for less money

Bon hôtel, chambres très confortables,accueil agréable, tant à la réception qu'au restaurant et au spa.
Mais les concierges ne sont pas assez formés pour donner des renseignements,( ouvertures des musées, surtout en période de Noël où de nombreux établissements sont fermés du 24 au 26 décembre, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans les guides)
En revanche bonne recommandations pour le choix des restaurants .

One of the most coordinated and polite staff. For any small or big wishes everybody was willing to help with a smile. Place worth visiting again.
