hotel has a very high standard and excellent staff, thank you for the bottle of champagne and room upgrade and personnel message from the manager on my birthday greetings thank you. felt safe and well looked after when we left for are journey back home. a big thank you from my wife and i [alan, helen] ;]

El hotel es muy bonito. Estéticamente es impresionante, pero da la sensación de elitista, quizá "demasiado" para el servicio que realmente recibes después. El personal de recepción no es muy amable, pero parece que es una cuestión general del carácter de los autóctonos.

Very enjoyable. Beautiful hotel in a great central location, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful.

My overall experience is good.
But for business trip I will not visite your hotel again, due to the fact that there is no breakfast before 7:00 h.
For private trip everything is fine.

Köszönjük a visszajelzését. Sajnálom, hogy annak ellenére, hogy magánutazóként szívesen visszatérne, üzleti szempontból nem a mi szállodánkat válaszhtaná, ha újra Budapestre jönne. A reggelivel kapcsolatos panaszára megjegyezném, hogy néhány üzleti utazó kivételével nincs komoly érdeklődés a korai éttermi nyitásra. Az ő kedvükért viszont egy szűkített kontinentális reggelivel (early bird breakfast) kínáljuk azokat, akik 7 óra előtt távoznak szállodánkból.

Superb, high-end hotel. And we got it at an extremely reasonable price last minute. Not sure how this isn't a 5 star hotel to be honest, but we only used the room and didn't use the other facilities so I can't comment on those.
