Nice stay with us.
I regret the not "clean apparence" of your front desk staff: very dirty uniform: tie, jacket, very dirty black nails from mens...
I do not understand why we have to pay for the swimming pool acces (4 stars hotel)
Concierge always send us to very expensive restaurant (they should have a commision, I admit it) but it's like "there is no table availaible in the city, the only one is in this restaurant..."
This is not good at all from a "concierge"... More here as commision as his first mission, job: the satisfaction of the custumer...
Nice buffet breakfast.
Nice room with good amenities quality.

Awesome service, nice employees, near to the centre. Luxury hotel! Only Continental Zara Hotel if you are in Budapest! I hope to go back soon.

Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum , Zimmer sind klein, aber modern und sauber , Frühstück bietet große Auswahl , Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mangeld es an Freundlichkeit !!!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with a good location on the Pest side. Some of the staff could have smiled a bit more, and the women who checked us out didn't even ask us about our stay and didn't thank us for choosing Zara, something you would expect from a 4-star hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and the wellness area a lot, and the hotel was very clean.

Très bon séjour, Hotel bien situé, personel très acceuillant. Le personel nous à conseillé puis réservé des réstaurent vraiment sympa. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment Exelent. L'espace bien être est très bien, le Jacouzzi pourrais être un peu plus chaud mais dans l'ensemble l'hotel à vraiment été très bien.

Friendly, service minded staff. Nice room with a good bed, entertainment system, enjoyed the coffee, clean, nice bathtub - all in all a good stay :)
