Nice hotel, great service, good value for money. The room was a bit hot and we couldn't screw down for the air conditioning - that is the only negatve thing.
The restaurant is overrated - the food is okay, but under average.

In general the hotel is very nice. However it was very noisy and I woke up several times during the night because somebody was moving tables and chairs around. I do not know if my room was located to some "maintenance hotel area", but I did not have a good night. Solving this problem, I would recommend it.

Thank you very much for your feedback, although you have a complaint about the noise during the night. As I have double checked the location of your room and I belive the noise came from the kitchen. I have forwarded your comment to the supervisor of the night cleanres to pay more a more attention for that in the future. Мы чудесно провели время, нам понравился отель и обслуживание. Персонал внимателен и приветлив. Отель очень красивый. Спасибо. Есть только один вопрос: при бронировании на карте была заблокирована сумма за номер - 245,65 евро, check in 5 декабря - с карты была снята сумма 300 евро, третий раз при check-out 9 декабря с карты еще раз была снята сумма в размере 579,35 евро. Стоимость номера при за 4 ночи - 545 евро. Надеемся, что заблокированная сумма будет в ближайшее время возвращена.

bel hotel, personnel sympa, décor superbe, bar parfait.... restaurant ordinaire, personnel nul et un menu "moléculaire" (annoncé dans l'ascenseur et sur le site web) pas du tout moléculaire et qui mériterai un procès !

Lovely hotel , good location , but by far the best selling point is the staff , who were very extremely helpful friendly ......outstanding
