My daughter and I had an excellent three days at the hotel in November. We could walk to the main sites, and the hotel was lovely and warm. It is a very attractive building, and has been furnished tastefully. The concert was an unextpected treat. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel. Room spacious with comfortable bed and good shower. Fantastic location, only a ten minute walk to the centre. Good quality all you can eat breakfast. Overall perfect hotel for a trip away.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms and meals are very good. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends if they visit Budapest

Была в командировке четыре дня. Отель буду рекомендовать всем знакомым. Очень вкусные завтраки, почти в центре города, чистые и уютные номера (может, и не такие большие, но для командировочных и туристов - самое то). Много розеток и они удобно расположены (кто приезжает с большим количеством техники - оценит :) ). Так что - всем рекомендую!

The Hotel was all in all ok. I enjoyed the really good concierge service and the room was ok. A little bit worn and not clean but as I was here for a Business trip the concierge service was more important for me. And you should do something against the strong smell in the breakfast room.

Opening hours of fitness area too constraint. For business travelers opening time at 09:00 is too late. Also closing time too early to be able to use the facility.
Personell in restaurant needs training.

Thank you very much for your feedback, although you have some criticism regarding opening hours of our fitness room. Since the fitness room and the pool area are at the same plase and the pools are open only from 9AM, because of security reasons we have to keep the fitness room close too until that time. At you possible visit please find me and I will give you some assistance to go to the fitness earlier than 9 AM.
