Im großen und ganzen zufrieden, das Hotel ist von den Räumlichkeiten sehr großzügig gebaut. Wir hatten leider am letzen Abend(Samtstag) Pech beim Abendessen, der Hauptgang Fleisch als auch Fisch waren sehr schlecht (nicht warm genung, zäh, nicht frisch). Ausserdem haben wir bis zum Hauptgang fast eine ganze Stunde warten müssen.

In a difficult and stressful situation caused by the Lufthansa strike, your support, calmness, and personal commitment meant a great deal to me and my family. Thanks to your efforts, we were able to extend our stay peacefully and arrange the delayed return of our rental car without additional stress or uncertainty. What impressed us most was not only your professionalism, but also the genuine care and empathy you demonstrated throughout the entire situation.
Today, outstanding hotels are distinguished not only by beautiful rooms, spa facilities, and fine cuisine, but above all by the people who create the atmosphere and make guests feel truly welcome. You are undoubtedly one of those people. Your attitude, attention to detail, and ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued left a lasting impression on us.
I have visited DAS SIEBEN before on my own, but this was our first visit as a family, and thanks to people like you, this stay became a truly unforgettable experience for all of us. We felt not simply accommodated in a hotel, but genuinely cared for and respected.

Leider gab es Probleme bei der Geburtstagsüberraschung für unseren Sohn. Die bei Ihnen bestellte Torte wurde leider erst am Abend serviert und nicht wie abgesprochen am Morgen des Geburtstages. Das war enttäuschend für uns. Genauso wie der bestellte Geburtstagsstrauß, der auf das falsche Zimmer gebucht wurde. So war das nicht gedacht. Was wir auch nicht angenehm fanden, das wir während unseres Aufenthaltes den Tisch wechseln mussten nur weil Gäste abgereist waren. Wir waren schon oft in ihrem Hotel, aber diesmal war es nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten.
