Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung...Die italienische Gruppe, welche im Haus war, wurde mehrmals von unserem Kollegen aus dem Spa Bereich (auf italienisch) gemahnt. Es tut uns Leid, dass Sie von diesem Lärm so beeinträchtigt wurden. Wir freuen uns allerdings umso mehr, dass der Rest für Sie zufriedenstellend war.

We had a really nice holiday. We didn´t realize that it was a grown up hotel until a few days into our stay but that only made the stay even better - a big plus, no noise at the pool or in the restaurant and in general it was a nice quiet hotel all over to relax. We drove our own car and it was nice to receive a voucher for a carwash when we checked in so that we could use the carwash at the hotel for free - great service! The pool and SPA area was so nice and a great place to relax after skiing all day - we especially enjoyed the outdoor warm pool! Great staff all over the hotel - we felt so welcome and we will for sure consider to come back!
